Price, Payment and Cancellation

Prices

 *The private course includes the book "Innan du föder" by Anna Wilsby, and a training dvd with the same name. Value SEK 450.

Payment

The course fee is due no later than two weeks before the course starts. In your booking confirmation, which is e-mailed to you immediately after you have made your reservation, you will see our bank account number and your latest payment date. Deposit is made to our PlusGiro: 119320-0. Enter your course number and first and last name as the sender of the payment.

If you book your course later than 14 days before the course starts, you need to pay the same day you book.

Rules for rescheduling and cancellation

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your course at no extra charge up until 14 days before it starts. Please contact us by telephone 08-758 02 10 or e-mail kurser@profylaxgruppen.com if you wish to reschedule. After that date your booking is mandatory and you are not able to reschedule without extra charge.

Cancellation

You may cancel your course without any charges up until 14 days before it starts. After that date your booking is mandatory and we are unable to cancel without extra charge. If you need to cancel your booking after it’s become mandatory and you don’t have a medical certificate, you will be charged the full course fee. With a medical certificate you will be refunded half the course fee. No refund will be made if the course has started.

We reserve the right to reschedule/cancel the course if the course instructor becomes ill or if there isn’t sufficient number of bookings to the course.
